How to play Easter Egg 2048

Use arrow keys or WASD on a computer, or swipe across the board on your phone. Every egg slides in the direction you choose. Two matching designs combine into the next egg in the collection.

Two Pastel Pink eggs (2) become Sunny Yellow (4); two Sunny Yellows become Sky Blue (8). Each successful move adds a new Pastel Pink or Sunny Yellow egg. A newly merged egg cannot merge again during the same move.

Create the Golden Egg at 2048 to win. Choose Keep playing to discover Crystal Bloom (4096) and Royal Easter (8192). The round ends when no empty squares or neighboring matching eggs remain.

Choose one corner and keep your highest egg there. Line up the next largest eggs along its edge so smaller pairs can feed toward it.

Match the pattern as well as the color

Each design is a distinct level. Use its stripes, flowers, or decorations to spot exact matches before choosing a direction.

Keep room for the next egg

Look at where all eggs will land after a move. A useful merge frees a square and leaves another pair within reach. When the board gets crowded, compare all four directions before swiping.

Your collection and progress

Merging adds the value of the new egg to your score. Moves counts slides that change the board. Your current round, best score, and collected designs save automatically in this browser, separately from the other games.

Bright collection cards show eggs reached this round; faded cards show previous discoveries. New Game resets the board and move count while keeping your best score and collection. Clearing site data removes local saves.
