Fruits 2048

A fresh take on 2048. Match colorful fruits to grow your collection from tiny cherries to a watermelon, with 13 shapes and colors to discover along the way.

How to play Fruits 2048

Use arrow keys or WASD on a computer, or swipe on the board on a phone or tablet. Every tile slides in the direction you choose. Two identical fruits merge into the next level.

Two Cherries tiles (2) become Strawberry (4); two Strawberry tiles become Grapes (8). Each successful move adds a Cherries or Strawberry tile. A newly merged tile can merge again on a later move.

Reach Pineapple at 2048 to win, then choose Keep playing to discover Melon (4096) and Watermelon (8192). The round ends when the board is full and no neighboring tiles match.

The fruit collection

Follow all 13 fruits in their puzzle sequence. The order is a game progression, not a measure of real fruit size or nutritional value.

Tips to grow your fruit collection

Keep your highest tile in a corner

Pick a corner and build toward it. Arrange larger tiles along the same edge so smaller matching pairs can feed into your setup.

Look for exact matches

Look for exact shapes as well as colors. An apple and cherries are both red, but their silhouettes tell you which tiles actually match.

Leave space for the next arrival

Before sliding, check where every tile will land. Favor moves that free a square and line up another pair, especially when the board is nearly full.

Your score and collection

Each merge adds the new tile’s value to your score. Moves counts slides that change the board. Your saved round and discoveries are independent of the other themes.

Bright collection cards show fruits reached this round; faded cards show earlier discoveries. New Game resets the board, score, and moves while keeping your best score and collection.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you win Fruits 2048?

Merge two Mango tiles (1024 each) to create Pineapple at 2048. Choose Keep playing to discover Melon and Watermelon.

What is the highest fruit tile?

Watermelon is the last illustrated level at 8192. You can keep merging beyond it; higher values reuse the final picture with a number badge.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. Swipe up, down, left, or right across the board. On a computer, use arrow keys or WASD.

Why did my matching tiles not merge?

They need to meet in the direction of your move without a different tile between them. A tile created by a merge cannot merge again in that same move.

Does my progress save automatically?

Yes. Your board, score, moves, best score, and collection save locally in this browser. Refresh to resume. Saves do not sync between devices, and clearing site data removes them.

Does New Game clear my collection?

No. It starts a fresh board while keeping your best score and previous discoveries. Collection cards appear faded until you reach them again in the new round.

Is Fruits 2048 free?

Yes. Play directly in your browser without a download or account.
